WHO ARE WE? |

| The Cheesesteak Institute of America is located in Wyandotte, Michigan, a southern suburb of Detroit (note, as we draw comparison to South Philadelphia, the Cheesesteak birthplace and "Mecca" for Cheesesteak loving people everywhere). We are the training, marketing and merchandising arm of Royal Meats, Inc., producers of Royal Gold brand thin sliced meat products and other portion cut, diced and sliced meat items. Royal Gold has set the standard in the Midwest and other regions for quality, portion cost control and packaging innovation. We have been producing top quality meat products for the Food Service Industry since 1959. | |

OUR MISSION: |

We are dedicated to the preservation and evolution of that great culinary marvel: "The Philadelphia Cheesesteak Sandwich." Through product training, merchandising and marketing programs, we will keep the Food Service Distributor and Operator on the cutting edge of Cheesesteak Technology, as well as the entire Sandwich category in general. We will serve as a Think Tank providing our customers with creative and profitable recipe, menu and conceptual promotion ideas and programs. In summation, it is the ultimate goal of the Cheesesteak Institute of America to insure the unalienable right of all Americans to enjoy the pursuit of happiness that comes from partaking of a delicious Cheesesteak sandwich. |
